How it Works
When you become a Goodies VIP Member you start earning 5% in Rewards on every purchase you make.

All Terms & Conditions are subject to change at anytime without notice. Please review this information carefully.
1.) Enrollment
Participation in the VIP Membership is voluntary and open to all customers of Goodies Vape Shop. To enroll, customers must complete the registration process and agree to these terms and conditions.
2.) Earning Rewards
Rewards are earned on qualifying purchases at Goodies Vape Shop locations and online at www.goodiesvapeshop.com. Rewards are earned at a rate of 5% of the transaction amount before taxes and fees; and after discounts are applied. Rewards will be made available for use 1 day after they are earned.
3.) Redeeming Rewards
Rewards can be redeemed for discounts, or other benefits as specified by Goodies Vape Shop. No minimum balance is required for redemption.
4.) Expiration
Rewards balances will expire after 3 months if you don’t make a purchase where Rewards are earned or redeemed. Expired Rewards cannot be reinstated.
5.) Account Management
VIP Members are responsible for keeping their account information up to date. Goodies Vape Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen rewards.
6.) Program Changes and Termination
Goodies Vape Shop reserves the right to change, limit, modify, or cancel the VIP Membership program terms and conditions, regulations, benefits, conditions of participation, or rewards levels, at any time, with or without notice. Participants will be bound by any such changes.
7.) General Conditions
Abuse of the VIP Membership, including failure to follow program policies and procedures, the sale or barter of rewards, product, or promotional offers, and any misrepresentation of fact relating thereto or other improper conduct as determined by Goodies Vape Shop, may result in cancellation of the member's account and future disqualification from program participation, forfeiture of all rewards accrued, cancellation of previously issued but unused rewards, and termination of the business relationship with Goodies Vape Shop.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the VIP Membership, members agree to allow Goodies Vape Shop to communicate via mail, email, phone, external websites, and various other channels. Goodies Vape Shop may use these channels to communicate member account status, program changes, offers, promotions, and other information.
9.) Limitation of Liability
Goodies Vape Shop will not be liable for any system failure or malfunction of the program or any consequences thereof.
10.) Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Goodies Vape Shop operates.
